Jason Gonifas and Annabel Taylor are your team at Alpine Evolution.
Experience, hard work, dedication and the will to succeed are the foundations on which we have established our company. Years of travelling and working abroad have allowed us to learn the ins and outs of the hospitality industry. From the après-ski huts and chalets of St. Anton and Zermatt to the kitchens of restaurants and pubs in Oxford and Johannesburg, from the desks of a London ski travel agency to running a hotel on the Scottish Isle of Colonsay, we have experienced them all. And from this, we have gained true insight into what our guests really want while on holiday in the mountains.
Jason's enthusiasm and positive approach to life is infectious. He is passionate about the mountain environment and has spent seven seasons skiing and climbing the slopes of St Anton. Jason is the backbone of the Alpine Evolution team and you'll see him perform many roles during your stay. He believes in hard work and multi-tasking.
Annabel first discovered skiing at the age of four and since then has dreamt of living and working in the mountains. She is a talented cook who finds inspiration in fresh ingredients. As the co-founder of Alpine Evolution, Annabel believes that the secret to a great holiday is good food, good wine and attentive, personal service in an idyllic setting.
