...the St Anton specialists. We are a small independent ski holiday company operating two luxury ski chalets in the world renowned resort of St Anton, Austria. The basis of our company evolved from our passion for St Anton, it’s community and the beautiful surrounding mountains and it is this, along with our enthusiasm and knowledge of resort, which we wish to share with others.

Our ski chalets are both relaxing and inviting. They have been carefully selected by us to tick all of our key criteria which we believe are essential to a ski holiday; en-suite bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, welcoming and cosy living areas and beautiful mountain views. Attention to detail and the little Alpine Evolution touches that stand us apart from others help to create a home away from home... somewhere to put your feet up and indulge.
Food is a top priority on an Alpine Evolution ski holiday in St Anton and is often the highlight of our guests’ stay. We source good quality seasonal produce and work our menus around it, and whether it be breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés or dinner each meal is made with dedication and commitment. Some of the delicious food has now been captured in our cookbook, ‘Behind the Scenes: Recipes from Annabel’s Kitchen’ and we were proud to be Finalists in the Times Chalet Chef 2010 competition.
