Service

At Alpine Evolution, we believe in attention to detail and a personal approach. We are directly involved in all aspects of your stay, and are here to provide information and advice on everything from where to find the day's best snow to booking a cosy stube or a fantastic sun terrace for lunch.

We will be in touch with you throughout your booking to ensure your requests are in place, and will be available to answer any questions regarding travel, dietary requirements or resort information.

Our chalet is the ideal spot to put your feet up and relax. However, if you're interested in treating yourself to activities such as a massage, private ski lesson, paragliding flight or horse-drawn sleigh ride, we will be more than happy to help organise this.

Food

Good food is an essential part of any holiday so prepare to indulge! At Alpine Evolution we are passionate about food, from where it is sourced to how it is prepared and cooked. Our menus are designed around local, quality raw ingredients with the changing seasons kept in mind.

Breakfast, served between 8:00 and 9:15, typically includes a selection of fresh bread and croissants, homemade jams and muesli, a choice of cereal or porridge, natural yoghurt, stewed fruits, and eggs and bacon cooked as you like.

Afternoon tea will be there for your return from the slopes, with treats such as cranberry and cinnamon oatcakes and carrot cake muffins with lavender icing.

The evening starts with Prosecco and canapes in the living room, followed by dinner in the dining room. Our dishes range from seared duck breast and spicy braised red cabbage with dauphinoise potatoes and a balsamic reduction to salmon en croute stuffed with vegeatble couscous and spinach, broad beans and runner beans and freshly made pesto creme fraiche.

Coffee and a selection of teas are served after dinner in the living room, alongside an Austrian cheeseboard, in front of a roaring fire.

Toddlers' and childrens' menus are fresh and flexible, allowing us to serve dishes they are sure to enjoy.

*Please advise us of any special dietary requirements when booking. We will do our best to accommodate these.

Wine

We serve carefully selected Austrian wines to complement our menus. The red is a Zweigelt, which is typically rounded, with a hint of berries and spice. The white is a Gruner Vetliner, which is crisp and dry and goes well with both meat and fish.
