The terms and conditions listed below are to form the basis of your contract with us, Alpine Evolution Ltd. The contract is governed by English Law with any action under this contract being heard within the jurisdiction of English courts. Please read the listed terms and conditions carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
On completion of your booking form and receipt of £200 deposit (per person), we will send you confirmation of your booking showing the arrangements booked, the balance due and when it should be paid.
If you as 'group leader' undertake the completion of the booking form, you must be authorised to make the booking and to accept our booking conditions by all persons named on the booking, and those added subsequently. You will be responsible for making all payments due to us.
The contract then exists between you and Alpine Evolution Ltd, and this contract in all circumstances is governed by these booking conditions.
(Please note: If you and members of your party are aged under 18, we will require your parents or guardians signature on the booking form on your behalf).
Full payment of the balance as shown on your confirmation invoice is due 8 weeks prior to your departure date. If the payment is not received at this point, Alpine Evolution Ltd reserves the right to cancel your booking and levy cancellation charges as detailed below.
If your booking is made within 8 weeks of the departure date the full payment for the holiday must be made immediately to confirm your reservation.
When due, deposit and payments can be made by
(a) Direct bank transfer
Or
(b) Cheque made payable to Alpine Evolution Ltd.
Details will accompany your booking form. If any cheque is dishonoured, we reserve the right to charge £15 to cover our administration costs.
All amendments should be made in writing and will come into effect on the day they are received. You hereby agree to indemnify Alpine Evolution Ltd for any reasonable expenses incurred in making amendments.
Should you wish to cancel your booking for whatever reason, this should also be noted in writing and charges will be levied as follows:

If no written notice of cancellation is received and you do not travel, cancellation is deemed to have been received on the day of departure. Alpine Evolution Ltd reserves the right to re-sell any part of a cancelled holiday and this does not affect our right to levy cancellation fees. Depending on your reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these changes under the terms of your insurance policy.
In the unlikely event that any alteration is made by Alpine Evolution Ltd, which is deemed to be significant (for example, a change of booking date), you have the right to cancel the holiday and receive a full refund of monies already paid. We accept no legal liability and will pay no compensation.
Alpine Evolution Ltd will not be held liable for any refund should we be forced to cancel or change your holiday due to circumstances amounting to Force Majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorism, industrial disruption, natural disasters (such as avalanches), fire, technical problems, adverse weather, governmental action and similar events beyond our control.
You will indemnify Alpine Evolution Ltd for all losses and/or damages arising from any act or default on your part or the part of any member of your party. You will and must ensure that you and each member of your group carries adequate winter sports Insurance and posses all necessary and valid travel documents.
Alpine Evolution Ltd reserves the right to recover from you the cost of breakages, damages to accommodation etc caused with or without intent by you or any member of your party. If you have caused any damage to the property you will be invoiced for the cost of replacement or repair. All guests undertake to behave in such a manner as in no way to cause, distress, danger or annoyance to guests, Alpine Evolution Ltd employees and/or any third party.
Behaviour deemed unacceptable by us will result in termination of your holiday and you shall have no right to a refund of your holiday or any expenses incurred as a direct result. Alpine Evolution Ltd accepts no responsibility for the actions of its guests and shall not be held liable for any claim made against them (or as a result of their actions) by a third party.
You accept that you undertake all winter sport activities at your own risk within the restrictions imposed by the resort or other authorities. We are not responsible for your actions and these restrictions.
We, as Alpine Evolution Ltd, are responsible for any injury or death, damage or loss of property, if proven to be by our own negligence but not for any other accident, injury or death, loss or damage that may occur.
You must inform us of any and/or all children's ages in your party and provide their dates of birth when booking with us. Children are to be supervised by you or a Guardian while using our sauna and or hot tub facilities.
It is the condition of every booking that you and each member of your party are covered by personal holiday insurance, and that the policy covers you adequately for winter sports and third party risks.

Alpine Evolution Ltd cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry on to a flight or into any country due to failure on your party to carry the correct passport, visas or other documents required by any airline or other authority.
EU Nationals are advised to hold a full passport valid for the duration of the holiday and for at least 6 months after your return journey. Non EU nationals are advised to contact the relevant Consulate for further information.
We cannot accept responsibility for guests missing flights for any reason or mislaying or destroying travel documents and no credits or refund will be given if you fail to take up a component of your holiday as a result.
Before travelling you are required to check with your Doctor for your own medical requirements and carefully read through your Insurance policy.
It is the responsibility of you and your group to judge the suitability of the terrain you ski. If you or any member of your party ski on terrain on the recommendation of or accompanied by a representative of Alpine Evolution Ltd, we will not be liable for any injuries, howsoever caused.
The shuttle service (in-resort) or any other transport offered by Alpine Evolution Ltd vehicles during your stay is accepted at your own risk.
We reserve the right to increase or decrease the prices of unsold arrangements at any time before your booking is confirmed. You will be given the correct, current price of your chosen arrangements at the time of your booking.
Please Note: Any prices given for activities, equipment hire, instruction and ski passes are as accurate as possible at the time. We cannot however accept responsibility for any variation between that time and the date of your holiday.
